Sparkie is the product of a puppy mill. We adopted her at age 11 weeks from a Sheltie rescue group. It was a case of mutual love at first sight. Her temperament is unbeatable, she is sound and solid, and is the absolute perfect companion. She almost gives puppy mills a good name.
