Registration Form

Once your registration is received, you will be sent a letter of confirmation that includes:

• directions to Kinder-Pup
• information about the class
• information about refunds
• information about cancellations

If payment is received for a class that has already filled, you will immediately be contacted and given a choice of an alternate class or a refund of your payment.

Classes do fill early.   Most classes are filled 3 – 4 weeks in advance so don’t procrastinate.
